"Leave Nothing"

Leave nothing was the tile of an advert Fincher made for Nike in 2008.

This is also a major influence for my final piece as well as Se7en. I think it encapsulates David’s unique style into 60 seconds. He doesn't just shoot the football game with multiple collisions, he drives deeper into the audiences emotions showing the rise of the football stars from a young age.  The music (also from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly) works great, it sets of an almost patriotic atmosphere and with the obvious colour grading and orange tone throughout it looks stunning. For my piece I will consider incorporating the same song, The Ecstasy of Gold by Ennio Morricone, and I hope to grade to a similar style and standard.
